I had never use this brand before but I am glad I did it has a very nice favor and is not as thick as some of the other brand I have bought making it a plus for using on anything you need to give a little extra favor
Taste was Not that bad (I thought they could be a little softer), but I thought they came already sliced. I didn't know that when I took them out of the bag, I had slice/ cut them myself.
Delicious nachos in minutes. Add to chili and it's game time nachos
as an acquiring taste to me fantastic if used properly
The way cheese sauce should taste! Glad Walmart carries this item. It is the best tasting cheese sauce. Just wish the Walmart stores would keep it in stock. Every time I visit, it is sold out.
I compared this to the Tostitos medium Salsa con Queso and the Fritos Jalapeno Cheese Dip that comes in a small can. The Tostitos is definitely the best of the 3. The "On the Border" brand is more oily tasting and less cheesy tasting than the Tostitos brand. Also: the Tostitos brand tastes strongly of jalapeno, while the On the Border brand has more of a pickled chile pepper taste. The Fritos canned variety doesn't compete with the other two. Don't bother trying it out. Best bet: homemade cheese dip made with real cheese and no Velveeta. Second best bet: Tostitos brand cheese dip. Get this On the Border stuff only if your on a tight budget (it's cheaper than the Tostitos brand).
The yellow dye in the dip is awful actually!! It will stain counter tops
this item is okay but it was not what I wanted and it cost more.
My jar was not marked expired by the date or anything. But omg! This was absolutely disgusting. It was thick, almost solid. It was a super dark orangey color that looked weird, It tasted like plastic that someone tried to flavor with cheese, Just the plastic cheese with no onions or peppers or tomatoes or anything, and I actually had to scrub the bowl I put it in over and over because it just would not come off. I have never had a product do this before. Super gross. Hopefully I got just a bad jar. Because other people in the reviews are saying it tastes wonderful. My jar did not seem to be tampered with and had not been opened previously by the dimple on the lit.
This is nasty! No flavor. Tastes like plastic.
