I will admit that I was a little hesitant about this pan when it came. I have had a silicone cake pan before and I could never get the cake to bake right in it. But the Trudeau Structured Silicone Fluted Cake pan proved me wrong. I made a chocolate cake and when it was time to take it out. It was perfectly baked. I love this pan and I can see myself using it a lot now that I have it. I love that it has a ring around the top that seems to help strengthen the whole pan. It also cleaned up really easily and I had no problems trying to get out the left over cake residue from the creases. I am completely happy with this pan. I got this Trudeau Structure Silicone Fluted Cake Pan for my husband who loves to bake. And I love it too when he baked. We were both excited tontry this pan out. He loves how sturdy the pan is a doesnt cave in when you are trying to put cake batter in it. It has great handles so you can get it out of the oven easily with out worrying about spilling or dropping it. I am going to have to get him some more pans from Trudeau. This Trudeau Structure Silicone Fluted Cake Pan makes baking fun and easy. You get beautiful shaped bundy cakes. I love silicone baking products simply because of the nonstick feature. The thing that makes this pan unique is non-stick convenience along with a sturdy, secure handling integrated steel core. The steel core offers a better grip. I love baking, especially around the holidays and rum bundt cake is a family favorite. I usually cringe when it's time to flip the pan over and pray the cake doesn't stick to the top of the pan. This is a very durable and easy to use silicone bundt cake pan. It has sturdy metal handles but they are wrapped in silicone to match the aesthetic. The first dessert I cooked I sprayed the pan with nonstick cooking spray but there's was no need to do that and on my second one I just put it in as is and it came out perfectly. The Trudeau 8.5" Fluted Silicone Cake/Bundt Pan was great to work with but at about 9-cups its a little small for your typical cake recipes. The silicone pan produces super moist cakes that slide out easily for great presentation. Clean up was very easy. The pan is dishwasher safe and came out spotless.
