Trudeau 0 Structured Silicone Fluted Bundt pan, 8 1/2 cup, Grey & Mint

I used the Trudeau Structure Silicone Fluted Cake Pan to make a giant, layered jello shot "cake". It worked beautifully! The rim is reinforced, so the pan is not floppy and will support the weight of the liquid - whether jello or batter - that you pour into it. Once you are ready to unmold, the structured rim makes it easier to invert, and the silicone is flexible enough to gently unmold your perfect creation. My jello mold was perfectly smooth, shaped with perfect flutes and beautiful. I sent it through the dishwasher and it held up great. I highly recommend this pan! I enjoy making cakes but in the past they would always stick with the pans I used. I would have to use oil and flour to voat the pan and by the time I was finsihed, oil and flour would be everywhere making a big mess! I decided to go with silicone after seeing a family members cake and she told me silicone was the way to go! I will admit at first i was hesitant, but when i bought this cake pan and used it, I fell in LOVE! No more oil and flour for me and I never have to worry about my cake being ruined when I take it out of the pan! Also its so very easy to clean. At first I was worried about using a Silicone Fluted Cake Pan, but after baking I realized that I was worried for nothing. I was very impressed with how easy this cake released from the pan. I love baking, especially around the holidays and rum bundt cake is a family favorite. I usually cringe when it's time to flip the pan over and pray the cake doesn't stick to the top of the pan. It isn't flimsy at all but it does allow for some flexibility, which is absolutely perfect for baking! This Trudeau Structure Silicone Fluted Cake Pan makes baking fun and easy. You get beautiful shaped bundy cakes. I love silicone baking products simply because of the nonstick feature. The thing that makes this pan unique is non-stick convenience along with a sturdy, secure handling integrated steel core. The steel core offers a better grip. Just an FYI, it clearly states not to use cooking spray. You should grease it up. I really think the steel core really helps you remove the cake so much easier too. I love how my cake turned out. I bought this product about 2 weeks ago and I am in love!! This pan is so easy to use. I'm amazing at how easy it was to flip the pan over and the cake slid right out without spraying with cooking spray! The handles at the top are made out of a hard plastic so it is easier to grasp. I would really recommend this product to people who are terrible at baking, like me, and people who know exactly what they are doing! Best purchase!
