The food does not stick. It just comes right off. I still having a hard time to believe you could put it in the oven. It just can't turn the oven past 400. I cooked an egg bits and I just am overwhelmed on how good this is get the tray to match

You will absolutely need to spray with the non-stick spray of your choice if using for cupcakes. It stuck like glue when I didn't. Worked like a charm when I did.

these silicone muffin cups are great! i actually use them to make lil frozen fruit and veggie ice cube teats for my chickens and my guinea pigs for summer time. These cups are perfect!

Sturdy and convenient durability. Price was an asset. Works well in not having to clean muffin pan. Food product bakes evenly in oven. I washed by hand so not sure about dishwasher effectiveness

I bought these to give these to my granddaughter on her 21st birthday. She is in college but also setting up house with a man she has been dating since high school %26 on her list was assorted baking items. So I have been giving %26 now buying things for her but I wanted muffin liners %26 these look rather small but I'm going to give them away. The other reviewers say they work so I will try.

Cups are handy. However they retain flavor of last recipe used in them, even after more than one careful washing.
