Trudeau Structure Silicone Pro 8.5 x 4.5-Inch Loaf Pan, Gray/Pink

This was my first time using silicone bakeware and was a bit hesitant, but the results were amazing. I made my apple bread both in a regular loaf pan and the silicone loaf pan to see if there were any difference and both came out perfect. Loved it! I got this loaf pan online and thought it sounded weird, but genius. That's exactly what it is: genius. It looks like metal and is just as sturdy, BUT it has the easy release of silicone. I have a problem with silicone pans sometimes because they are too soft and don't hold the shape well enough. This is NOT like that. It holds the shape super well, and doesn't have the problem of flipping inside out when trying to release the cake (or whatever you baked). I can't wait to use this for all my seasonal loaves!! I have tried other silicone pans and have to admit I was sceptacle but wanted to give it a try. Love that it has some structure to it not like others that are flimsy and hard to use. This silicone bread pan is wonderful. I love the metal frame that is wrapped in silicone it gives the pan structure and you don't even need to put it on a baking sheet it can hold its own. The instructions that come with it are very clear to have a clean release of your baked good you will need to grease with oil or crisco not cooking spray. If you use as directed the baked good slides right out nice and clean. Very easy. I love this product and use it all the time. Super easy to clean, the crumbs and crust from when I burnt banana bread came off so easy even though I was concerned they wouldn't. You can tell it is good quality and non stick. Really nice loaf pan! I will likely buy another so I have a set :) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This pan is perfect for baking bread. It has a firm top so is easy to pick up without bending like other pans of this type. My bread cooked evenly and the pan is easy to clean. This Trudeau bread pan is great. This is the first time I've used any silicone pans. I've been wanting to try them for awhile but not sure what to expect. This pan baked the bread up nice and evenly. I made apple butter cinnamon bread. The bread came right out of the pan easily. You are supposed to grease the pan but but not use cooking spray. It is also a nice looking pan.
