True 42 ECHO-400 Large Talking Bathroom Scale, 400lb Capacity- Extra Wide Platform- Large LCD display- Precision Digital Scale

This scale was bought for someone who uses a walker and has trouble standing and bending over. The talking feature is PERFECT! He does not have to struggle to "see" his weight - he LISTENES to the very understandable voice. It is also easy to get onto the platform due to the width. VERY pleased!

Probably the best talking scale I have ever owned, and I've had more than a couple over the years. It's very difficult to purchase one of these online, because you cannot actually hear the voice. I can say that the voice on this scale, female, is clear and loud, but not too loud. It announces when you step on the scale, takes your weight twice, displaying the final one, and then announces when it turns off a few seconds after you step off the scale. It had both English %26 Spanish. and weighs in kilograms %26 pounds. The scale's feet appear to be more durable than other scales I have had,in fact, the entire scale feels more durable %26 solid when you stand on it. I also feel the accuracy is within limits, I weigh within a pound of whant I did on my old scale which is within a pound of what I weigh at my doctor's, who has a highly calibrated digital scale at a cancer center. I don't have cancer but I do have a blood disorder that I have to follow routinely. Nevertheless, I feel better being able to track my weight so accurately at home. That said, I highly recommend this scale. It's worth the extra dollars and it was shipped well packed and arrived in perfect condition swo kudos to the seller and for the quick response to my order. Reads out weight very quickly so balancing easily on the scale is important. Compared to another scale, read the same. No trouble hearing or understanding the voice. Wide base very helpful.

I don't have to look down at the scale..Talking voice is loud and clear. The display is large, too. Satisfied with this scale.
