I noticed an odor (not the mildew smell from when people leave wet clothes in the washer for days) and remembered when I purchased the washer, the salesperson had pointed out it had a "clean setting" and advertised a particular brand of cleaner to use. I always wondered *are you not already cleaning in it anyway? Bleach and detergents run through it all the time, does one really need to ever use that button? Yes, they do, but you don't have to use the expensive advertised brands. This one works to take away those built up, left behind soap suds and grim your machine is working with.

Our stackable washer has been here since the condo was built in 1998. It's been a total workhorse, so we never really thought about replacing it. Honestly, I might have used a washing machine cleaner at some point… but I couldn't tell you when. Lately I started noticing some grime building up on the agitator, so I figured it was time to try something. I picked up these True Fresh Washing Machine Cleaning Tablets and I'm really glad I did. Big difference. Check out the photo — it seriously looks close to new again. Super easy to use and definitely worth the price. Highly recommend if your washer could use a little refresh!

★★★★☆ These washing machine cleaning tablets do a good job of removing dirt, grime, and buildup. I noticed that they helped clean the machine and get rid of residue and odors. However, some residue is left behind after the cleaning cycle, so I had to wipe and clean it afterward. Overall, it works well for removing dirt, but the leftover residue is a little inconvenient. Still, a good product for regular washing machine cleaning.

I've only used it once, so it is hard to judge. The washer DOES smell clean and I think it worked. I previously used Affresh for both the washing machine and dishwasher so I have a bit of a bias. I think for the money this is a good product. But again, I've only used it once. I would recommend it.

This is not what I ordered, so don't sell me one thing and then substitute with another. If the uproot that I thought I was buying wasn't available then just say that and I will purchase somewhere else !!

Well I ordered the dishwasher and washing machine cleaners but the company never send them. After about 10 they said my items were lost. They didn't offer to resend so I still don't have my cleaners. I won't order from them again.

This product did not work. It did not take the mold off of the rubber in my LG washer and it did not leave a freshened scent. It is expensive and I would not recommend it.

Front loaders are known to get smelly and grungy around the rubber seal. This did not get it clean. I used one tablet with hot water first. Few days later I tried it with two tablets. Afterwards, I still ended up spraying a bleach cleaner on the rubber because I didn't notice much difference at all. For the cost get a spray cleaner, it's more efficient. Disappointed.
