hi I purchased at the behest of a alternative medicine doctor. Item was to ascertain the speed or sluggishness of my digestive tract. I was too look for very dark -to- black stool. My purchase did not disappoint and did not stain my clothes which I'm very happy about.
I've been using this charcoal supplement for a few weeks, and it's made a noticeable difference in my digestion and bloating. It helps me feel lighter and more comfortable after meals. I also noticed clearer skin, which was an unexpected bonus. Overall, it's a simple and effective addition to my wellness routine.

It seems to work well
I took one before I left on vacation to Colorado. It seemed to work well. I took two in my medicine holder and it wasn't warm anywhere, but they both melted in my medicine holder. Not sure why they melted.
The pills were open and was super messy to even try to use.
