I thought they would be softer than reli on because of the name but they're the same. disappointed

These say Soft -Tabs. I guess I should've read the description better as they are a hard tablet like the other brands. Other than that, a good product, fair value. Good tasting, no aftertaste. Would like to see them offered in a softer form. Overall, they were okay.

The name is misleading ...they are not soft in any way ...they are just like all the other lozenges, powdery like chalk but not as hard.I guess maybe thats what they mean by soft. And the flavor is not strong or similar to the named flavor.

they say that they are soft but actually they are not soft at all they are hard so I can't use them

the tabs are not soft!!! they are exactly like the regular tabs. I assumed it was a soft chewable.

Even though the mailing envelope was fine, the product box was sopping wet. The medication itself is inside foil sealed packets so hopefully it is not compromised but why on earth would the box be wet and how is it nobody involved in the warehousing/shipping of the product was aware of, or cared, that the box was wet?
