I learned about truffle salt in an online group. Hearing how awesome it is, I went in search of. I'd learned that you should find a good quality. I gave this a go and omg... it's WONDERFUL! I even bought tiny little bottles so I could keep some in my purse. This stuff is super yummy and so worth the price.

I smelled the pleasant aroma of truffle as soon as I ripped off the top of the bag. I sprinkled some on top of french fries and it instantly upgraded the meal. Can't wait to use it in everything. Soup, risotto, toast and everything!!

much better than regular salt but must use sparingly...and this is expensive

I used this product right away on French Baked Eggs and Omelets for my B&B Guests.....They loved it and its a wonderful finishing product on just about everything. Full flavor and aroma of truffles...

This is delicious on grilled steak, corn on the cob, fresh mozzarella and ripe tomatoes, popcorn, or with olive oil for dipping bread. A pinch is all you need to flavor your food. Don't hesitate to purchase this for yourself or someone else.

Just the smell of it alone is amazing! I made sweet potato fries and tossed them with the salt and wow!!! So amazing and robust! I'm definitely gonna be re-ordering!

Perhaps one must have an "acquired" taste for this salt. I found it to be extremely "salty" as opposed to sea salt. However, I did like the bits of chocolate ingrained into it but I would not purchase it again.

It is not as truffly as I wanted. Not sure if I don't use enough in recipes or if it is low on truffles in the salt. It is entirely operator error.
