This rack is not heavy duty and it arrived with two pieces missing. After messaging the supplier over a week ago at this point there has been no response.

Very flimsy structural. While not difficult to put together, the heavy duty storage shelves are much easier. Do yourself a favor, spend more and get the heavy duty shelves. While I did not need heavy duty shelves for the purpose needed, I found the shelves too wobbly and putting things misbalanced would likely result in the shelves tipping over. I eventually had to fastened it to my shed wall. Trust me, spend the extra money, unless you are storing very light items, like toilet paper, etc.
