Assembly was super simple %26 didn't require any tools. It's a great chair for the price. It's more narrow than some, which I love because it makes both of the armrests usable. It reclines easily enough, but does require some pushing to put down again - SOP unless it's a powered chair. Really the only criticism I can think of is the fake leather can be noisy as you lean %26 move while seated. I've sat in this chair everyday since getting it ~a month ago - love it!

I almost didn't order this recliner chair because of some bad reviews. I don't know why there are bad complaints. Is it a $1000 chair... no. I needed a quick, less expensive recliner due to restoration and remodeling. Due to a massive plumbing/sewer flood. We're looking at 3 or more months construction. I have to stay at our house with the dogs. All our furniture was a total loss. So, I found this chair. It did arrive 2 days late, but I understand FedEx big box delivery in the DFW area. It was easy to bring in and put together. It's faux leather and with 2 dogs. I did waterproof the entire bottom part. No water is getting through, lol. The recliner is comfortable, it reclines, and the footrest pops up. There is lumbar support. I'm really surprised, it's so comfy and rocks. I'm a real grandma and wasn't paid to leave a review. I totally recommend this recliner.

Shipping was fast and the two rocker recliners were both packaged VERY WELL, and they came across just about the entire country. Assembly was easy, I'm a 67-year-old by myself and it took me about 20 minutes each. They look very nice and do not squeak at all when rocking. I have no problem reclining these or putting them back to an upright position. The only thing I noticed at first is that they are narrower in the seating area then I'm use to but I'm not a real big guy, 5' 9'' 170 lbs. For me this was a great purchase and hope to enjoy these recliners for some time.

I'm am totally satisfied with my new recliner! Exactly how I wanted it to look fit and feel! Was very easy to put together by myself but getting it up a few flight stairs by myself was difficult even after I unpackaged it . You really do need two people to get it move it. Seat is nicely cushioned, as well as the back and the arms.

I read the reviews on this chair and many others before buying! There are of corse some that loved it and other's talked about it not having enough cushion or long enough. We've had it for about a week now and my husband loves it. He said it is very comfortable and calls it his new papaw chair!! 😉❤️. We're expecting our first grandchild so he's looking forward to many hours of rocking.

The package was damaged during shipping, causing a small bit of damage to the covering. Customers service issued a discount that was given promptly and sent a patch. I expected a small cut piece of patch, instead they sent a whole roll! This was more than generous. The chair is not fancy but very comfortable and a very good price. I would recommend it for the money.

My pet has scratched and torn the fabric on the front of the chair. The footrest is hard to push in. Otherwise a comfortable chair and good for the cost. Especially if you don't have pets.

I can't review this for any long time period because we must return it. Senior wasn't easily able to retract the foot rest manually. Really want to manual recliner like the old ones that has a long handle on the side so you can pull the footrest back. Don't want an electric one because in their price range it might not last long. All recliners seem to have a plastic pull tab to lift the foot rest but cannot retract it. They aren't strong enough to use their legs to push it back in. So returning it. Otherwise seems pretty decent. The pleather isn't the best so I don't know how long it'll last. I will be looking at marketplace for a used or other local resale stores for an older type recliner. The older made ones are made better, made to last unlike today. Appears most recliners are made by the same factories in Taiwan and China.

the chair in itself was nice but when you tried to lay back it wouldn't click and stay so Everytime you move You would automatically be sitting straight back up, I don't understand why it didn't have the clicking into place

The box got dropped off to the house 2 days late … still in a huge box in my garage. Tried to call someone to answer my question about sending someone out to assemble it all I got was robots and the run around from customer service…1-800-Walmart…
