Still hoping they send a replacement
Trimmers arrived w huge knick on cutting blade rendering them inoperable. It was not due to shipping damage. The units come in a very rugged ,sealed polyurethane carton,No damage was on outside of plastic carton,however,the abrasive object somehow dematerialized,passed through the solid urethane carton,rematerialized inside then had enough strike force to put a 1/16 deep gouge into the machined steel blade... or so the company would like you to believe lol it was negligence. The Tremors had an inspection passed sticker on them so somebody clearly looked at them before they made the final trip out the door
