I had a soft canvas cover that I liked because it was low profile. After five years, it started to break down and I had to get a new one. I wanted something more secure, but didn't want to lose any space in my bed and I didn't want panels that could possibly block my window. This cover fits beautifully and has a very low profile. I should've bought this cover first. Great cover and adds a higher level of security than what I had before. I highly recommend it.

The tonneau cover arrived when promised. The box was a little banged up, but the product was unharmed. I recommend getting a friend to help with the install, also watching the installation video. Fit is great, looks amazing, and my truck bed was completely dry following a thunderstorm.

Great guality, seems durable but have only had it for a few weeks so far. Love the low profile look and was very simple to install by myself.

So far I really like it, I had no trouble installing it.

My brother has two of these covers and they are good quality. BUT, I have a Ridgeline pickup which requires extra modifications to make the top rails fit properly. I had to point this out via pictures in emails get some attention. It's been over a week and finally notched rails are going to be shipped so I can finish the installation. I am rating this product and RealTruck low until I get the tonneau cover installed. I would rate their service personal higher. Installation instructions could be a lot better. Side issue I ordered and paid for one cover but I received three. One was outdated. I pointed out their error and did ship them back. Some people would keep them as they were shipped to me at my address and according to law they were mine to keep. I thought I might at least receive a thank you for returning $2400 worth items to them.

There are dents in the vinyl cover from the aluminum ribs in the cover. I was hoping they would go away after installation but have not

Out of all the tonneau covers I've bought and installed this is my least favorite. the tailgate latch and release is very strange and delicate. the left side is hard to snap down. when rolled up it is difficult to tie up. The 300$ soft covers have way less leaking than this does. I wouldn't recommend this.
