There are so many exercises I can use for this, it's making me consider dropping my gym membership. Either a door or hook can suffice using this, just ensure it is a strong door/wall. My favorite exercise with this is the face pulls. I would highly recommend for anyone at all fitness levels to purchase the TRX.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to finally get a TRX and try it out! This can and will give you a complete full body workout using just your body weight. You can do pretty much any move you can think of, including core excersizes and cardio. To make it tougher simply angle your body out more and you are using more body weight, to make it easier, stand straighter, pretty simple! I can do a 30 minute workout using just these straps and burn a ton of calories and am usually dripping in sweat. I do recommend using a d-ring bolted into a main support beam when using the yellow suspension strap. If you choose to use the door anchor instead, make sure your door is heavy and has a very strong frame on it so you cause no damage.

This is Just That and comes in super handy for my workouts every other day. Suspension Bands are very well made. The handles have a nice cushion on them that prevents grip release and helps have better grip control. Came with a nice storage mesh bag. I highly recommend it

Easy to use and quick to take apart. This is so useful my trainer purchased one for himself to use at home on the days he does not go to the gym. It works great, friends love it, and it is now a staple in my travel bag!
