Hot (but not too hot) and savory!!
I use this hot sauce on just about everything and in everything I cook. It's got warmth, but it's not out to destroy you. It's a savory warmth. I add it to my spaghetti sauce, dips, guacamole, on grits, scrambled eggs - anywhere you want a little zing, but don't want to regret adding it. It's rarely sold in stores anymore, so I buy it by the case from Walmart. It's that good!
