To call this a 'Foldable' hat washer is misleading. It comes flat. You must unfold it and secure it with provided fastener %26 tool. Place hat on that frame; place in provided mesh holder and then wash. After using, you remove hat and hang assembled frame somewhere if you have a 'somewhere'. Alternately, I guess you can disassemble it and store the flattened frame, screw, tool, and mesh holder 'somewhere'. We are returning it and purchasing something different.
