I purchased 2 bikes. The first one came and it was not a great experience. Then this one came and everything was as expected. Got it assembled and let my son take it for a spin. The bike has a nice look, it is faster and has more power than expected. It took some getting used to and experimenting with the different power levels and modes but he couldn't stay off of it for about 3 hours. Just the first day, so I comment on quality or the over all value of the parts fairly.

A pretty good platform to build on. Pretty decent components. I replaced most of the stuff with stuff I wanted but that would be true with any bike I buy. If you want to just get out and about around town or gentle trail riding it is fine as is.

Quality built bike.

I ordered 2 of these bikes at the same time. I received one. Upon opening it I discovered a deep gouge in the side of it. I wasn't happy but tried to assemble it anyways. First step was to install the kickstand. The kickstand bolts are already started you just have to line them up on the frame and tighten them down. The holes on the frame were just open holes. They were unthreaded and too big for the kickstand bolts. Then I tried to put the front tire on and the axle bolt on 1 side was tightened so tight I completely stripped it out trying to break it loose. Needless to say, I returned it. The second bike has been delayed and I still haven't received it.
