super cute but doesnt work, i need a replacement
my daughter loves the look of this item. its adorable, however it doesnt work consistently. it didnt work at first but then worked the second time. its the 2nd day after christmas and it has worked a total of 2 times. there is an echo and it works 2/10 times. im hopeful we can switch for a replacement.
