The red light is so bright it reflects of everything. Wish you could turn the light off though cause its really really bright. I mean like wow bright. My son loves it and the sound quality is great.

It only has 7.1 sound for pc. I only could get stereo output for ps5. Gonna need to send it back

I bought this headset for my boyfriend because he had broken his previous one. I got this headset in the mail, and the same day, my boyfriend tried to use them, and they didn't work. It was like they were broken, too. We tried several didn't ways to try and fix it, but it didn't work. The headset had come in broken.

First time plugging them in they have a short in them snd the headphones barlwy work.Not a good paur at all.

broke and i got no refund the cord was broke the sound wasnt hearable and overall the quality was bad i wouldnt buy again

We ordered these headphones for Christmas as a gift and they are from a 3rd party supplier apparently we didn't know they wasn't even sold by Walmart till we was told they are sold by a place called powparts. Well there were parts alright , plastic parts came off the headphone don't waste your $ on this product not worth it....

The mic quit working shortly after getting it. I bought the protection plan, but cant find out to use the protection plan.
