These are very heavy so should stand up to the hot and humid weather that we have year round. I continually had a problem connecting my hose onto the outside faucet. These are sure to make quick easy work of that. Order fulfillment was quick.

these are great. i had plastic ones from a few years ago and they broke due to sunand weather damage. i excited these will replace all those older ones.

this set was harder to get on and release. Maybe fitting is tighter? they are very handy, as I'm older and twisting hurts my hands.

Since these are metal, a sprayer or sprinkler with plastic threads can be damaged during use. Recommend using plastic with plastic, metal with metal. Also, you only need one piece that attaches to each hose but multiple nipples to put on your sprayers and sprinklers. Maybe one hose piece to every three sprayer or sprinkler pieces.

Easy to install and disconnect, but a little tough to connect because of the pressure it takes pushing the two connectors together.

The items work fine as a quick disconnect, but the upstream piece does not shut off flow when disconnected, The water supply has to be turned off before disconnecting to avoid spraying.

The rubber attachment on the garden hose quick connect comes loose and doesn't stay on. I would not recommend this product!

Internally, these share a washer, which IMHO is a defect, if you tighten them to, too much (to stop leaking) they do not connect because of the intrusion of the washer

plastic ring on female coupler separated from brass fitting on 2 separate pieces. couplers not able to be separated defeating reason for having them

One worked for a few weeks and then started leaking irreparably. Another one never pulls apart when I try to release and disconnect. I always end up unscrewing it altogether to disconnect it. Will not buy again.
