Really like how it doesn't have a dozen steps in between actually using it . Not to heavy to carry, and having the convenience of the battery use in the field.

The pump works great and the auto feature stops the pump every time at the correct setting. It's a great product at this price point. It takes three minutes to pump from 1000 psi to 2500 psi on the original gauntlet PCP. This is way better than hand pumping .

Excellent compressor to fill up my PCP's equipment. Just following instructions and performing the appropriate maintenance.

Curious why many like hand pumps or the scuba tank approach. I never once considered a hand pump. I am a diver so already had 90L high pressure steel tanks that I could fill to 3500psi. I bought a fill station kit for $40 with a gauge, DIN connector, and Foster disconnect whip fill hose with bleed valve. Thought this was the way to go because theoretically, I could get about 80-90 fills before I dropped below 2500psi. In reality, I found that I only got about 30 fills before I was down to about 2800psi and each fill I was getting was less and less. That bugged me. I had to crack the valve very slowly to avoid air coming in too quickly and damaging the rifle seals and even so, it often felt hot. Bleed valve was a bit tough to crack open. On the positive side, fill time was short -- less than a min. After a month of this, I looked into compressors. I did my homework online and found they were almost all Chinese made and quite similar , but there were a few key features I found were important. (1) Max fill pressure (generally 4500psi which will cover most PCPs incl yours) (2) Power supply (impacts full time -- I went for 350W, which is more than the typical 300W because I was spoiled by full time from a tank and wanted to go from 1900 to 3625psi (max on my Umarex Notos Gen 2) in 2-3 min. (3) Internal inverter (no need for bulky second box to plug in) (4) Autostop. Critical as I can now set it, push a button, and walk away. (5) Digital readings for temp. I got a portable compressor from Walmart from a company called Tudiving for $150 delivered. I had heard compressors were loud, so I was surprised to find how quiet this was. I had it hooked up and filling 5 min after it arrived in the mail. It took about 3 min to fill and I just spent that time reloading. One dumb feature is that there is no off button - you have to unplug the entire unit. I plugged it into a power strip with on/off button and problem solved. Temp gets to around 60F when I'm done filling from 1600 so I can just turn it off. The bleed valve is easy to turn and quick to release. It is silly to say, but I actually enjoy using the compressor while I hated hooking it up to the tank and filling with that and feeling like each time I was getting fewer and fewer shots. Economics, the compressor is $150 and you're done. Tanks will usually run you $80-250 used if in hydro and to get it filled, you need a hydrostatic test every 5 yrs and visual inspection every year if you want scuba shops to fill you. That costs $60-80 and $20-30 respectively. Each fill is $10-20 usually. Even owning the gear, it is a hassle. If I didn't, I would be really hard pressed to justify going the tank route. If anyone here has done both and prefers tanks, please let me know because I am so glad I bought my compressor.

Initial use was positive. The compressor isn't extremely loud and could go from 2000 to 4000 psi in about 2 minutes or so. I did notice water in the hose compressor side but the gun side with the rudimentary filter was dry. Compressor was vibrating and shaking but it may have been the surface it was placed. Overall good value for the cost, but time will tell how it will last.

Relay board went out after a month of casual use, the relay block started buzzing and sputtering, then sparks, then nothing, the pump no longer works. Also, the cooling fan runs the moment the unit is plugged in, which I think is a bad design, creates voltage spikes, very hard on the circuitry. Returned to store after a month of otherwise reliable operation.

don't like the fact that it doesn't have a power button just plug up and the fans kick in... Compressor has given out after less than 10 fills to my air rifle. I run a double filter and I checked the one on the compressor and it is soaked with water so i can imagine what it would do without that 2nd filter added. Cheap Garbage!

The TUDIVING portable pcp compressor model%23TXES062 was delivered to my house july 2 2025 after 10 uses it became very slow and weak while feeling up my air tanks on my pcp air rifles it has now become so weak it isnt useble I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE TUDIVING PORTABLE PCP COMPRESSOR
