I only bought this because the first one I bought arrived damaged (again). I buy a lot of steelbook movies and they are 99% of the time not shipped in a cardboard box. This results in a lot of them arriving damaged and having to return/repurchase. This is so avoidable but it has been happening since I started buying them from Walmart at the beginning of the year when Best Buy stopped selling them.

Product description didn't match the item. Description said blue ray is 3 disc, it came with 2. At first I thought I was missing a disc but, all 9 episodes are on 2 disc, not 3.

The product is broken!! This was due to using inferior shipping materials to save money at the expense of customer satisfaction. The return policy is again put to the customer's cost of time and effort to return the damaged items to Walmart. I don't understand why I can't just take the item(s) to my local Walmart store for a return and refund. I don't like using online services because of this.
