TurboTax Deluxe 2012 - Box pack - 1 user - CD - U.S. Federal only - Win, Mac - with TurboTax State

For about the past ten years, I have used TurboTax Deluxe when preparing my tax returns. This comprehensive software package is excellent for preparing accurate and complete (personal) federal and state tax returns. The package offers several methods for preparing the returns. I like the guided method, since it helps me remember deductions I may have forgotten otherwise. The Walmart price is usually equal to or better than the prices from other stores, and purchasing online from Walmart is less expensive that purchasing in the store.

Have used this for years. Twice in my lifetime I have had taxes prepared by professionals, TurboTax is just as good, a tax payer is still responsible for gathering documents. Once this is done, and should be done all year long, TT will massage the numbers as well as an expensive professional.

I have been hooked on Turbo Tax for years. Even with complicated financial personal processing - it is easy to use and efficient.

Only came with 1 state preparation, some other online tools would have cost $20 per state and a free federal, meaning that to do 2 states and 2 federals would have cost less than buying this software. Also charged $20 to efile, but since it would speedup my filing I decided to pay the fee.

I've used TurboTax Deluxe for many years and have always bought the product. It's just as good as going to a H&R, and you can save money.

Purchased annually, this product is easy to use. I tried H&R Block once a number of years ago and did not find it user friendly. Turbo Tax makes it easy to follow.

The Wal-Mart price on-line for the package is always competitive and less than the local office supply retailers. If you have capital gain or loss filing requirements (Schedule D), I swear by this product. In my experience, Turbo Tax Deluxe has proven to be more accurate than taking my returns to the payed professionals.

I have used Turbotax for a few years and really like the ease of use. It greatly simplifies what would have been a one or two day preparation effort to a couple of hours. The price from Walmart was the best I found after shopping around the internet.

I saved myself an additional five dollars over any other discount offered by any other store (office, shopping center, etc.) by ordering online through Walmart and picking up at the store. The only drawback is that it takes a few days but I was not in any big hurry.

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years, doing my taxes, my kids, mother, and mother-in-law. The real trick is to learn a little more every year (read up on the links and tax code) and learn to use the TurboTax Online Community. I've gotten excellent advice from people who clearly know their stuff. When I used to pay a guy to do my taxes, I walked away knowing less every year. With TurboTax, I'm a little smarter each year...and more able to make wise tax decisions that will accomplish my personal goals and save money.
