TurboTax Deluxe State 2022

I have always used TurboTax, The manual walk-thru's are very helpful, and also the ease of filing. The only issue I have is on the website to look at my history. I found that after I moved, my previous history was missing, somehow they store it under the address not my email or login info.

I'VE USED TURBOTAX FOR MANY YEARS BUT IT WAS MORE DIFFICLT TO FOLLOW THIS YEAR. I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO PRINT EACH SECTION AS I COMPLETE IT. I DON'T WANT TO USE DOXILLION BUT IT SEEMS THAT IT IS MY ONLY CHOICE.. IT TOOK ME MUCH LONGER TO DO MY RETURN THIS YEAR.. FRUSTRATING

I have used Turbo Tax for more that 15 years and always been very satisfied with the product and results. In general, the experience this year was equally satisfactory except for one major glitch I ran into which was that my entire tax prep information and file was completely lost and unrecoverable after I finished entering all my information on a 1st attempt. I consulted with available resources by phone and all were as helpful as could be, but with the 3rd contact we were not able to resolve the lost entries/file. I redid the entire Federal and State entries and that seemed to go through as usual.

The Federal Program is good. It could be improved it I did not have to reenter answers to questions if I review a section. The Iowa program has several confusing areas, especially allocating income between spouses. I enter whose income it is in the Federal section, but that information frequently does not transfer to the Iowa program.

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. Each year seems to get easier and easier. This year , I had trouble printing my files for my records. Turbo Tax used to allow me to choose which pages to print, I don't need 36+ pages of work sheets for my state of California! What a waste of paper.

Turbo Tax is great! However, Intuit is not so great. Tried to use my credit card to pay to file. Intuit tried to use an old credit number WHICH DOES NOT Agree with the credit card which is shown in my Intuit account when I access the account while not in Turbo Tax. How can that happen? Basically Intuit cost me $40 for an INTUIT ERROR/problem.

I've used Turbo Tax for several years now and usually am very happy with it. However, this year I had trouble entering characters (numbers, letters) on several screens, like the W2, mortgage, etc. I had to manually revert back to the 'forms' option to correctly enter those fields. Please fix this for next year's edition! It took me quite a while longer to finish it this year. Thank you

I have been using turbo tax for the last ten years, but this will be my last. it is so hard to even start. where in the menu does it have retired. Could not input last years info. Would not do a standard deduction automatically. hard to navigate. again, been using it for ten years.

I would figure that all fees would be included in buying your product so, imagine my surprise when I had to pay another $10 fee in order to e-file my taxes. It seems as Turbotax always has some other fee attached somewhere every year. Definitely will probably look at another platform for next year.

When I reach the "E-file your federal return for free page, the five ribbon headers: Selection, Federal, State, Preview, Payment and Filed; when I clicked the payment header, a pop-up window to save your return, after clicking that another pop-window, let's complete your purchase online. Select Continue and we'll connect to our secure online store to finish up your order. We've restored all products associated with this account. Here's what we restored for you; TURBOTAX DESKTOP STATE RETURN CA TAX YEAR 2022 E-FILE. I Click the close button to go back to the payment button and every time I click the payment button this popup window of online store purchasing appears again. I check my email and a confirmation of a $15 payment. Does that mean my returns were e-filed? Turbo Tax Desktop application didn't acknowledge it.
