GREAT
This unit is exactly what I had hoped for. My HVAC went out and I really cannot afford 8,000.00 so I was counting on this for heat and air in the main part of the house. So easy to install, be sure to install window part to stretch vent before putting in window. I have moved it back and forth as it is on wheels! plus you set temp like you would a large hvac, pkus remote. Very nice.

great for a 750 sq ft apartment
its a smart thing they started doing with these units. so during the winter you can use the Heat from condenser to warm your area. and in the summer it acts like a air conditioner/dehumidifier

Should never been shipped
I ordered canceled 2hours later due to shipping date kept changing. Got email that third party would contact me in 48 but never was contacted had to return to store got fake tracking number my money came out of Walmart. Com still have not received my money gad to call my bank. You need to do something better with controlling your third party suppliers
