Breaking up old thatch. Seems to work, we will see but my yard was neglected for twenty years and had really thick thatch that needed to be loosened. Seems to be working as I see water getting through better.

I have been busy doing renovations in and outside. This would be the first time I ever did landscape work so I panicked when I saw mushrooms growing in my yard (this was after I had removed, moved, and thrown plants, etc.). I didn't know what to do (I had a puppy about 10 weeks at the time and she ate everything so I was also worried that she would eat these mushrooms). So I was reading online about what causes mushrooms to grow and how to get rid of them, and it suggested I use a cultivator on my grass.. on my lawn... like what? After some more digging on Google, I ended up with this product. I bought it and put it on my hose, it was simple and went pretty fast. It covered my entire yard. I applied exactly as directed and I haven't had a mushroom grow since. It is animal friendly so I didn't have to worry about my dogs running or playing on the grass, I was amazed.

My lawn had compacted soil and spotty grass. Instead of tilling it up I used Thatch Buster . After one use I could see that the soil had softened. I will apply a second application as suggested.

Arrived fairly quickly in a bubble mailer. Not sure if it really worked after application. My soil is still hard to penetrate. I have the hose dispenser version which worked way better after the first application but was more expensive for the volume and is for one time usage. Thought buying the concentrate would allow me to save money and have more volume to reapply as necessary. I think I will try once again in hopes it performs better. If not I'll likely stick to the hose attachment version. Luckily they guarantee their product so I will contact them if unsuccessful with the 2nd application.

This stuff works! Our soil is sandy, and traditional aeration does not work. This, however, did! Our grass is finally thriving. It's easy to use, and doesn't require much time or effort. The only issue is that the bottle says it covers 6000 sf, but it does not. And, the tube inside that disperses the product doesn't reach the bottom. So, you end up with about an ounce of unused product. If you're buying one, grab a second and save yourself the headache! You can also buy the liquid aerator concentrate and mix your own if you feel so inclined.

DOESN'T WORK AT ALL/ wouldn't recommend it to the box it arrived in, let alone a customer!!!!!

It was damaged in shipping and the product spilled out of the bottle so I can't give a very good review would love to have tried the product.

I ordered a refill but got a sprayer which should only be around 20 bucks in the photo looks like a larger container. sprayer $20 this container $ 31 samething ripped off
