Love My New Cookbook
I follow Betul Tunc on fb page which is the same name as her cookbook 'Turkuaz Kitchen'. I have bought cookbooks from other fb pages and I love them and happy I got them. The other cookbooks were what I expected and that is good. I do like all nationalities recipes. This cookbook exceeded my expectations. Turkey has a lot of wonderful recipes and I will enjoy the breads and deserts the most, because I favor them. But I will also try the meals. The 282 page book is well made and recipes are written very well and with illustrations. I'm still doing my happy dance I got it.
