The main reasons I take these: saffron for mental benefits, turmeric & Ceylon cinnamon to promote lower levels of inflammation (idk if I have a lot of inflammation or not, but probably can't hurt), and because I like the idea haha (maybe some placebo effect). I notice feeing better in general when I take these consistently. Can't claim any crazy benefits I've noticed, but I keep buying these :)

I started taking this because of the saffron which is suppose to help with mood (I started during winter time was feeling a seasonal affective disorder occurring). I liked the health benefits of the other ingredients, so I figured I'd give it a try. Not sure if it was mental or not, but within a few days I started feeling like my old self again. I eventually upped my daily dose to two capsules. When I went in for my annual physical, my blood pressure was lower than it's been in years (normally it's on the high end of normal to high). I definitely would recommend this for a good, anti-inflammatory supplement.

I have felt a definite sense of calm since taking 2 a day for several weeks. I always knew turmeric helped my joints, but if I'd also good for mood. Part of my supplement regimen now!

This is a great product. I don't see results in my joins per ce or muscles, but I do see great results in energy and digestive system. I often have issues in the latter, so this is great for that.

My main reason for taking Vimerson Turmeric with Cinnamon Saffron & Cardamom is for the antiinflammatory effects and general good effects it has had on my health since I began my regimen quite some time ago. I would not be without them now.

I have knee arthritis (not terrible, but can be painful at times). When I take Vimerson turmeric, I definitely notice an improvement. Almost never feel pain! Good quality product!
