Way too strong/potent. I switched from liquid to these capsules because the liquid is just too messy BUT these are very potent. I started with just 2 capsules, instead of the recommended 3 and I'm glad I did. They are giving me mild headaches. I'm going to bump it down to just one capsule to see if that doesn't alleviate the problem. Hopefully it does because I prefer the capsules and the turmeric really helps with keeping the swelling down in my knee.
Tumeric is one of those do all supplements. With fish oil and resveratrol you get an antioxidant boost. This product has Tumeric paired with ginger and bioperine. Ginger gives a better taste. Bioperine helps with tumeric health benefits. I eat cottage cheese with these to help with weight lose. The wife doesn't like cottage cheese, so she eats yogurt. The live cultures with tumeric and bioperine help gut health. Big bottle 360 capsules, good buy.
I have been using equate aspirin for arthritis. I have it in my fingers. My chiropractor recommended this! I have only been using it the last couple weeks! So far so good!😀
I bought them because I heard they was supposed to help if you get explosive diarrhea. so far I've been lucky and haven't had to use it.
