First off this company gets it right by combining curcumin (black pepper) with the Turmeric. It's. been conclusively proven that we absorb near zero turmeric unless it is paired with curcumin. I'm surprised that any companies sell curcumin without it; I think that's unethical. I take 3 a day and I think these are priced fairly. The pill is a little large but the casing is smooth and even with my dysphagia I have no trouble swallowing these. I think this is the best value of all the different turmeric supplements I've tried. Years ago my doctor told me, “Yes, turmeric is great, and you are right to add the pepper, but I'd rather you get it in the food you eat.” I love turmeric but there's no way I can eat that much. I have to replace at least one shirt per month because of spills and impossible stains.
If anyone has any anti-inflammatory issues then get this product!! I was shocked that a vitamin could help so much with my nerve pain but when you are in excruciating pain then you are willing to try anything!!!
I use this for immunity. Easy to open, easy to use, easy to swallow. No after taste. I will be willing to purchase again.
Great product of good delivery system economical!
great for joint and muscle issues.
I use this product for the health benefits of the turmeric and the ginger.
Seems to working on inflammation and back pain
I love the softgel option this comes in.
Pills are pretty big to swallow
I'm thinking the "ginger" component in this product is supposed to help keep the turmeric from upsetting the stomach; however, that did not work. I had a different brand of turmeric with "boswellia" that did not upset my stomach, so I reordered that brand.
