i got this controller for my husband for Christmas and he loves it he plays pc and xbox and it works on both

Goes through batteries fast. Doesn't seem to be very good quality

The design was nice, packaged well, shipped as said, and arrived just in time for xmas! Only... it didn't work. To our suprise, it is not XBOX compatible. Even after doing the update it said to do if it gave us any trouble ... still, unable to use it. Which it was really hard to explain how santa was gonna use walmart to make it right for us.... ha. Either way, it specifically states that it's an XBOX wireless controller... and that's a lie. It is not an xbox controller, nor is it even xbox compatible. So. There ya go.... this is the controller that almost stole our xmas.... ha. But mad props to Walmart for making the return process so simple and easy! Especially since the box -covered in wrapping paper and torn to shreds- was, of course, missing.... it wasn't complicated at all. Aaaaand there's that silver lining... lol So... Negative 3 stars for the failed fake xbox/noncompatible xbox controller. 4 stars for walmart customer service and painless return procedures. 5 stars goes to the 9 yr old who couldn't have handled the situation more smoothly being it was his main request on his santa list, and it was a bust.... He's the real hero!

sent wrong item and it almost messed up my system

It stop working on me today n just got it couple days ago
