Have bought turtle beach headphones for years as always a great product

The controller fits comfortably in the hand and is not too big. Chose this controller because of the Xbox layout. Also the app on android works fine and with the downloadable software for windows the firmware of the controller can be updated on PC. Unfortunately there is no app for PC with which you can set the sensitivity like on android. On PC the controller is also not ideal, for example it is not an analog control with all games but more of a digital control. Even after a firmware update the controller still feels digital on PC, it also doesn't matter if your connection is wired or via bluetooth. This is a good controller for Xbox gaming I haven't used it with my phone and I probably never will but it's a shame it's not compatible with iPhones as I would've bought a couple for nephews for Christmas, other than that, the only thing I think could be improved about the controller it's self is the slow sensitivity aim button. it's brilliant but it would've been nice to be able to map it to the other trigger, it's only on the right back button whereas I personally would've preferred it on the left. Other than that it's spot on

I bought this as it seemed to be just what I wanted at good price . Overall it is a good controller but unfortunately for my xbox it is useless. I missread as being a wireless controller as it said in add for xbox and wireless gaming. My bad but I think it should be made clearer this is a wired controller for xbox.

terrible usb C connection issues at the port on the controller. always disconnecting this is my second controller may it was just the recon i bought a year earlier but i bought this one and its a little bit more expensive and still the same issue and ive only had this one roughly a month. and the recon didnt start this util a year of use
