Turtle Beach Stealth 500 Wireless Gaming Headset Licensed for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Arctic Camo

The headset was great when I first got it, but after a few days of playing online, my friends told me that my microphone was echoing. I'm not sure what could have caused it, since I've only had it for a couple of days and haven't used it much. Regardless, it still works well for everything else.

The shipping of the package ruined the whole experience. I'm disabled can't drive and have no way to get around. So I wanted my headset shipped to my house as agreed upon. For some reason fedex says there was a hold requested that I needed to pick up the package and they wanted to charge me for delivery I reported them to the bbb I'm not a happy customer

I've used turtle beach since I was younger, I'm now 26 and I actually returned other headphones I bought recently just to stick with you guys. turtle beach is amazing and always will be. these other people can keep their $400 headphones, I guarantee these will match right up to em. thank you

This is the 2nd pair of these we've owned, my son had a pair as well and we liked them quite a bit, one side of his crapped out after probly about a year but still worked enough to use. Overall pretty solid headset for what you pay for it, compared to 150 bucks for the stealth 600 or 700 which I've owned both and both crapped out quicker than this stealth 500 set. Bring back the stealth 420s those were my fav! I still have a set that work but the charger port broke inside

Works great except for the fact that the mic randomly stops working and I'll have to shut the headset off and turn it back on again for the problem to fix

I purchased one week ago and so far no complaints. The one thing I wish I knew before my purchase was that this headset does not have noise cancellation. The fit is comfortable, I've played up to 4hrs straight with no problems. Overall it works very well, easy to maneuver, holds charge up to 40hrs, and I love the grey and white camo look.

This box looks like it was dropped off a 10 foot ladder and thrown by employees. Why wasnt this marked down at a cheaper price?

Absolute trash! cant get the mic to connect AT ALL! Wouldn't work at first, tried starting everything worked when it came up. turned it off, went to bed, go up to play again, and never reconnected... HOURS of jumping through hoop after hoop! i can hear the mic on the headset, but WILL NOT CONNECT TO XBOX... i can hear the game and my brother but my mic will not connect!

Worst Headset I have ever Owned! It takes me from 2 to 9 minutes to connect my headset every time. I have to unplug the dongle and reinsert it and turn the headset off and on over and over again just to connect again. It's like almost impossible to connect it through Bluetooth, it takes me about 10 minutes to make it work through Bluetooth. Also, the sound quality is terrible! I dislike how it sounds, it sounds very cheap and sometimes it sounds kinda muffled through the headset too. The microphone is really bad too, you could hear yourself through your own headset while you are speaking through your microphone. I am 100% never buying any more turtle beach items and I am going to still to Logictech.

Delivered December 20, 2025 and stopped working December 27, 2025. Buzzing humming noise. Only used maybe 4 times. Adult used no kids touched it. Sent an email to Turtle Beach on December 27th and still have not heard back from them as of December 29th. $80+ and they are trash in 7 days. Do NOT recommend. Wish I could leave a zero star review
