Turtle Beach VelocityOne Rudder, Universal Rudder Pedals for Windows PCs, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One

I put off picking these up for far too long. Love the ability to now use my feet for rudder and braking, making MSFS '24 feel even more authentic. The pedals feel smooth with very little resistance when transitioning from one direction to the other. I tried both sets of springs and went with the weaker set since the pedals are on the floor and were easier to push around with the stronger set. On carpet I believe this wouldn't be an issue. I only fly smaller GA aircraft so I went with that config, but having the option to switch over is nice. The responsiveness in the sim is very smooth as well and can be controlled within the settings, Very happy so far. Highly recommended.

It's a very good product. My only issue is I wish they made it where you could actually use the rudders for brakes because I got it because I've been doing flight simulator for years and I always use controls. I never had a rudder until now and it's a good product just I wish the break setting was with those pedals.

Having never flown a plane, real or sim, these seemed like reasonably priced rudder controls. There were easy to configure in X-Plane 12. A lot of people focus on the flat pedal, but they come with easy to change feature to make these pedals more like Cessna. Anyway, a good quality and reasonable starter rudder for a beginner.

I immediately made the simple change from "big plane" pedals to "small plane" pedals using the equipment and tools provided, and have enjoyed the realism since adding these controls to my flight sim.

The toe breaks do not work. I have not been able to find a technical or customer support line to speak to someone to resolve the issue. Otherwise, I like the products.

Purchased both the Velocityone Flight Stick and Rudder direct from Turtle Beach. The stick does not recognize the Rudder even after driver updates, cable swaps, reboots, etc. Cutomer service is non-existent and is a bit of a rabbit hole to get to an actual email. This has been a frustrating experience.

I can't seem to update the software on the velocity one flight controller so that it will work with the rudder pedals. Update stalls. Tried to update through the Xbox and connected it to a laptop. Bricked.

I ordered the rudder as a gift. The order shipped in two boxes. I received one, and the second never arrived. Support asked for a review before fixing the issue, which feels frustrating. l! Please find the missing box and finish the order. I will update after everything arrives and works.

I have spent over 6 hours trying to get my system to work on my new Xbox with MS Flight Sim 2024. I have exhausted the AI Assistant and it still doesn't work. Turtle Beach refuses to connect me with a human to help: instead they require the use of email, which they only respond about once every other day. The email support just takes you through the same steps as the AI assistant, so it is a big waste of time. Turtle Beach has absolutely terrible technical support. I am probably going to switch to a different product because I am exhausted and cannot get this “plug and play” system to work.

Rudder won't connect to my flight stick. Only after going through youtube/FAQ/customer support was I made aware that any USB-C cable will not work, you need Turtlebeach to send a specific one. If I buy both products and Turtlebeach knows I will need the cable, why is it not already included? Now I'm waiting 10-14 days for them to ship a cable.
