The construction of the stand is solid, but I opted instead for desk-mounting my flight sim equipment.

Bought at the same time as the rudder peddles so I don't know if ghey enhance the overall flying experience but they're ideal if your flying is PC based and you also use the computer for work. Means you can just slide everything away rather than unclamp the yoke from the worktop. Well thought out and designed bit of kit. Sturdy yet flexible in positioning , certainly recommended

Easy to setup once you understand it. Easy to fold and put out of the way if you want to. Very adjustable. Accommodates just about anyone. Instructions that come with it are not very clear; check online for better instructions before you begin setup.

Item arrived very quickly… amazing delivery service. I thought the packaging was great, already partly assembled. Very easy to fully assemble and to fit the controls . Doesn't take to much space up when in use and great that it folds away for storage when not in use .

The instructions provided needed additional images to install VelocityOne controller. It is hard to move and store. I ended up installing 4 each locking castors (bolt size is M8 by 1. 5 threads by 25mm through Amazon). This should be an option. I ordered additional bolts to install VelocityOne controller to stand. Turtle beach should provide bolt dimensions so customer can go and buy one or more. Price was cheap ($1. 99 plus shipping) but it require addition time before I could use system.

Difficult to setup at first. But once setup it works great.

Good solid feel

I purchased this stand, along with the Turtle Beach rudders, in the hope I'll be able to install my Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo devices on it. The ad clearly states that, while the stand is built with Turtle Beach hardware in mind, it is prepared to receive other devices too. Unfortunately, the metal plate designed to work with the throttle quadrant is quite thin for its length, and it offers only 3 points of attachment to the stand. As such, it does not take very well the weight of the Bravo throttle quadrant, and it bends slightly (leading to a lack of alignment between yoke and throttle) and it bobs up and down during throttle usage, not to mention it adds a feeling of flimsiness to the entire setup. Probably it works fine with the Turtle Beach throttle, but not with Honeycomb Bravo. The Alpha sits nicely on the otherwise solidly built stand, as well as the rudder pedals. The installation is straight forward, and I had no issues putting it together. With everything installed, the setup becomes quite heavy and difficult to maneuver in a confined space like a regular room. I believe that the addition of 4 small, but solid casters fit with brakes or stoppers, would improve the mobility and, with that, the life quality of the simmer. After a couple of flights, I decided that the flimsiness of the throttle setup is a big letdown, and I sadly disassembled the stand, packed it back in its original box and stored it in the attic for better times, when Turtle Beach will not skimp on the add-on metal plate's quality and will sell one properly designed for different hardware than theirs.
