One thing I enjoyed about the bundle is that the value for the price of the item is very good. The controller and headset work well for how much that they cost. Although one feature I dislike about the item is that the d-ad on the controller is too close to the joysticks. Other than this issue, I enjoyed the product and I am still using it.

Purchased recently but working great. seems to be a little faster with the direct connection to Xbox one. love the sound quality and the finger toggles. 4 stars bc i wish the cord was a little longer for my set up.

sound on the headset was awesome, good reaction times for the controler, after a month headests would no longer work with the controler.

Headset was very good along with the controller but the controllers are not durable and brake very easily

Box was already opened when I received it and it didn't have any of the proper packaging outside of the frame and box. Controller's left trigger was squeaky/sticky and didn't register when it was used and it's audio jack didn't register the headset. Headset also looked like it had been used/worn. Generally speaking I was probably unlucky and carelessly got sent a return product. I've returned it/rebought it with a warranty (which I recommend) and thus far have been pretty happy with my purchase. You should be able to buy it online for cheaper and pick up in stores if you want to just avoid what I went through. I will say, Delivery went incredibly fast, ordered it in the morning and it was delivered within 4-6 hours or so. General review: Controller feels very solid/more durable than the original controllers. Texture stuff takes a little time to get use to but overall pretty happy with it. Haven't played around/tested the back buttons/settings just yet but they're not in/out of the way when holding the controller and have pretty good access. From my understanding you can only remap the Y/B/A/X buttons (was hoping to remap the menu button for quicker scoreboard viewing but oh well). Cord feels good and is detachable and can be replaced which is nice. Uses a different plug than the originals so just a heads up there if you decide to try and charge another controller with it. It is a wired controller with no wireless capabilities so just giving a heads up for those unaware. Headset: Nothing really too special, plugged into the PC it sounds pretty standard. Into the controller it sounds a little bit better due to the amp and gets the job done. From my experience over the years all headsets under 100$ will be around the same sound quality. Mic sounds good (from what I've been told) and doesn't get in the way. It's awkward at first since it's so small and out of the way but you get use to it pretty fast. I do like the auto mute function when you have the mic in the up position so you don't accidentally hot mic a conversation. Durable wise -> it feels much more durable than any of the 60-100$ headsets I've had over the years. My only complaint with the headset thus far is that I cannot hear myself too well when I talk so you might catch yourself talking louder at times. The other being that after several hours of use it becomes incredibly uncomfortable and I can imagine even moreso if you've got larger ears

Delivery was super fast, was happy woth my purchase on first look but once again the usb power cable supplied is faulty.. this is the second controller woth thus issue. I have emails from my last purchase and complaint about the same problem. Its clearly a manufacturing issue. I need to now go and buy a replacement cable..again! Can you let me know what can be done please.

controler didnt work a week and the headphones are loud but cant trll where anything is like they play all sound in both not right and left

bought his for my bf a few mo ths early opend it and the connection to the head phones was lose and cant return bc i bought it a few mo ths ago

Product didn't take long to malfunction, the wires are weak and the headset is low quality. Overall the quality was mediocre, I definitely recommend exploring other options, this is not worth the investment. Lasted me about 3 months give or take, and neither turtle beach nor Walmart are responding to honor their warranties, which I paid for 3 yes of warranty.
