I just bought the whole set up to use on my 2012 Jeep Compass which the headlights was in horrible shape I tried other products but none didn't help. But TurtleWax Heal Seal sure did the job. My headlights now look like I just bought them right out of the store so I give them 5 stars.
The headlights on my 2008 Honda Element looked so bad I considered buying new ones, but decided to give Turtle Wax a try. Glad I did. Not sure how long this will last, but 100% better!
Scenario: My headlamps were the worst ever. Safety issue - visibility and night driving - terrible. This product worked great and I couldn't be happier. *** Would recommend to anyone. In fact - results were so good I sent photos to family and friends. My car and I thank you Turtlewax.
I bought a brand new motorcycle with a big led headlight, while i was chaining it to a pole i lightly scratched it. It terrified me at first, but after reading a lot i decided to try some Turtle Wax. I took my time and buffed it meticulously with a microfiber cloth, and the end result was absolutely perfect. It even came with an upgraded version of the sealant, which says it contains 50% more resin. Thank you Turtle Wax!
I saw a head to head comparison on YouTube of this product. Of the six products used on six cars, this came out absolutely on top. I went out and bought it the next day and used it on my 2007 Tundra. Done in less than an hour with the most incredible results. Buy it. Follow the instructions. You won't believe the results. The only thing I wish they had was the ability to buy additional sealant wipes for future applications. Great job Turtle Wax.
I used the kit on two cars successfully. The first car is nine years old. Needed two applications and lots of elbow grease for noticeable satisfactory improvement. Second car is 17 years old. Only needed one application with minimal effort (went exactly as instructions indicated) and voila! Instant magic!!
I had used another headlight restorer previously, but it had a spray clear coat which left the lens clear, but a lot of "orange peel" look. No matter how I tried, could not get a smooth application. So I decided to give Turtle Wax a try as it uses the "wipe on" method. While it took quite a while to remove the previous coating, once done, the Turtle Wax process was straight forward and simple as they provide detailed instructions. I also watched a few YouTube videos and reviews and Turtle Wax had very favorable reviews. My only problem was I got too anxious and left out step #6, which is to buff again with the clarifying compound before applying the base coat and clear coat wipes. Even though I left this step out, all was not lost as they still came out almost like new!
I've used a competitors' headlight lens restorer before, but couldn't find it at local stores. Instead I decided to try this Turtle Wax product. So glad I did! It was very easy to use, and the results make the lights look as they were right out of the showroom (2013 Honda). One thing to note: Follow the instructions EXACTLY. On one lens I used the sanding steps but overlooked the "Repair & Renew" application AFTER sanding. Lens was a bit cloudy. Luckily it was easy to start over and results were perfect. I highly recommend this product and will buy it again.
2008 Jeep Liberty headlights were fogged with oxidation. Used restorer and it did not clear the lenses at all. Waste of money. Also, the Base coat and lens sealing wipes were not in the box. It didn't matter since the product didn't work to clear the lens.
