It is wonderful, tastes great
deliver on time
its an individual taste thing, there wasn't anything wrong with it, but in my taste, it isnt balanced, the ginger is not the best and it overpowers the flavor. but the jar, the consistency of the jam, all fine, but not to my taste buds liking. we tossed it
The main flavor is sweet, the lemon taste is mild, and though you can feel the ginger afterwards, it's initial flavor is minimal. It would be great if it had more of a lemon ginger punch with less of a sugary taste. It's a quality product, and the texture is great because it's thin and spreads easily without chunks - a little bit goes a long way. I'm keeping it because after adding natural lemon crystals to increase the flavor and balance the sweet, people ate half the jar in a few days.
