I really love this bike so far. I was a little doubtful of the top speed because I'm 6'4 262 lb but man, I hit 40mph no problem! at this price all the money was spent on power. no high quality components. I think the tires were cheap (like a lot of stock tires) I replaced them and inserted a tire liner so I should be able to ride puncture free. one other thing, I didn't see a USB charger.

Great purchase

Self accelerating and won't turn. This bike is a really good looking. And it seems well made. I have a background in engineering, BMX bikes, and I work on my own cars. This bike took over three hours to put together and the instructions were terrible. That's OK just a minor inconvenience. But the biggest issue is that when you turn the handlebars the forks don't turn with them-. of course I assumed this was my fault so I dug deeper on YouTube, looked at the website videos, and reached out to customer service. Nothing has worked. Customer service was useless. They asked me for a video of the problem which I sent over and they have since left me on read.Even though the handlebars would not stay aligned with the forks I took it on a little spin on a straight path. I've ridden Harleys, mopeds, motorcycles so this is not a new thing for me. The bike self accelerated about 15 seconds into the ride. I'm glad that the brakes worked because I had to hit them hard to get the unit to stop. It wanted to keep moving forward but I turned the keys off. I purchased the three-year warranty support which now I'm thinking is absolutely worthless because customer service won't even reply to the simple issue. I either need a replacement or there is some trick that has not been addressed in the manual, videos, etc. I believe I'm going to be forced into returning this bike.

The bike arrived at our house with multiple defects. The handle bars are too loose to steer and the front rotor rubs on the brake caliber. I cannot ride the bike due to safety concerns. I have attempted to contact the supplier multiple times through multiple methods with no response. I would like to issue a return with all parts unused and original packaging. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen for such an expensive purchase. I paid $1,200 for this bike that I cannot ride and have been scammed and a victim of fraud.

Electric bike lasted one month. After a full charge, the battery does not last, in fact, there's no power after a full charge. Very frustrating that i'm been contacting warranty and can only get any contact by email. I cannot get a live representative, in the emails it keeps giving me excuses and won't get to the bottom of this. I feel like they're not taking ownership and customer service. In my opinion horrendous.

Arrived yesterday. Assembled and set up to exact specifications. It's a dual motor ebike. When pressing the button to engage dual motors, only the rear motor works. Front motor does bot engage. Emailed the company. Awaiting reply.
