package came damaged to the point where you could see a tire sticking out the box.the product it's self is great
I bought two different bikes. This one has no problems runs great does everything it's supposed to do so far so good would recommend it.

It should have been a little shorter because it is too tall for me to ride, other than that it is ok. Just wish it was smaller in size and had options on size of it before ordering.

I was very disappointed and dissatisfied because it is advertised with a top speed of 46 mph. However some idiot decision maker decided to limit the speed settings to 15Mph. The manual shows how to adjust the limits, but it's either defective, or the instructions are wrong. It does work. I went online, and this is a common problem, and all the advice I've seen has no effect. So I'm waiting to see if the email I sent is answered promptly. If not I'll be returning this bike and going with a different model, and not one made by this manufacturer. My wife's bike is half the cost, and smokes mine because they had more intelligent designers.
Garbage company. Do not buy anything from Tuttio. Their bikes are the worst and they don't stand behind their products. Try to return a bike and they will delay almost to the point where the 30 day return period will lapse. If you're buying an e-bike buy it from any other company. Do not buy it from Tuttio. You will regret it.
After I put it together with my own tools because the ones that came with the bike were cheap and didn't work well. The bike never worked. The screen didn't turn on and it had no electric power. The battery was charged all the wires were hooked up and i adjusted the brakes.
