I usually get the great value brand, but they were out of stock. This one worked just as well to make spaghetti sauce. The price isn't bad, but it's more than Walmart's house brand. I approved it as a substitution not knowing if the basil would be too strong. It isn't.

Hands down the best canned product money can buy. Makes the best tomato sauce for pasta and pizza ever! Literally open the can, dump into a pot, add a touch of butter and garlic, let the butter melt and thank me later! Tastes so freaking fresh everyone assumes I had it simmering for hours!

I love these crushed tomatoes. I add them to my pasta sauce to give it some consistency or substance. I also like to add them to my soup to give it some extra tomato flavor taste! I really enjoy Italian dishes which can be enhanced by a robust tomato flavor! This product is an excellent resource on how to increase the already wonderful flavor of your home cooking!

I last ordered a case of 8. Every can was dented, the seals were good, so the product is usable. Some of the cans are extremely difficult to open, but I love this product and the price is reasonable.

Ordered 2 cans crushed tomatoes. Received 1 can crushed 1 can peeled plum tomatoes. I can make it work with the recipe I am making.

The box arrived damaged, popped open and re-taped. Obviously, it bounced around and dropped. EVERY CAN WAS DENTED IN. It contained 8-28oz cans of crushed tomatoes and 5-28oz cans of diced tomatoes. Two had smaller dents, the rest looked like they had been pounded on with a hammer. The box bouncing around and dropping alone, would not have caused that much damage. The damage was a direct result of the poor packing. The box was large enough for three times the amount of cans that were inside it. The only packing material used was a single strip of plastic air bubbles. And most of them were deflated. There was too much empty space in the box. Appropriate size box %26 enough packing material to keep the cans in place should have been used.

Was disappointed half the cans were all dented up unless you can package them differently I will not order again there is no reason they should have arrived like that very very disappointed.Thanks again for a bunch of dented cans .Yours Truly Nancy Reese

This was delivered with a dent completely down the seam so is unusable and this is an item I like and use frequently
