This is a great dresser, great buy , quick and easy to put together, the only thing to pay attention to is that they drewers are very shallow...not alot of room...but i have bought the bedside tables that match and if you have a little place with little room, it is PERFECT...
With the price as low as it was for the bundle, I knew that the product would be pretty cheaply made. However, the drawers were of lower quality than I expected. The sides/back is one piece that has a notch cut out. The only thing holding it together is a thin piece of melamine/paper. Which of course 2 drawers were torn when i opened the box. I think it would have been better for these pieces to be individual like the 3 drawer chest is. I was able to tape the corners together and they work fine. The drawers are also pretty tight and right now they are hard to open but they are slowly getting easier. The knobs were actually the hardest part to put on. The screws just did not want to go into the plastic knobs. It was pretty easy to put together by myself.
The drawers were smaller than I would've liked and the pieces were already damaged upon arrival. They provided stickers that went over the scuff marks but regardless a new dresser should not need dong correction. The handles did not fit on the screws provided very well and were somewhat crooked but I just replaced them with new screws I had at home. Overall it will do the job but I was not impressed.
We purchased two of these. I built one. The quality would be acceptable in the $30 - $40 range, but not $90. It would be a descent piece in a kids room, but much too small for an adult. I couldn't see myself being able to fit any of my or my wife's clothes. Thankfully Walmart took it bact, assembled. I built it well, but there was a lack of quality with the drawer slides and unit in general.
The dresser is not very sturdy. It easily moves when the drawers are open and shut. As the sides are not attached with nails or screws they easily come out once assembled. The knobs were very difficult to attach as they were cheaply made they easily got crooked and stuck.
Hard to put together, and wasn't paying 80 bucks for assembly. Bottom drawer fell apart after assembled. It was very tippy. Didn't expect it to be a grey color, was looking for brown tones. Can't return it because I threw it in the trash
Dresser is cheap!! It arrived broken In pieces! It is still sitting in my living room because the box was so torn I can not return it to the store and I can not get a hold of anyone from the manufacturer to process a replacement of parts!! Everything is done through email and can't speak to a real person...discrace!!
I had to use my own wood glue and wood clamps just to get it to hold. I could not use anything that came with the product to get it to hold. Not very happy with how it was presented but after using my own items and doing my own work it is holding up well.
This dresser didn't even make it through assembly without cracking to shreds!! The material is very fragile and for lack of a better term CHEAP! Granted it's inexpensive but as a consumer you'd hope to get a product that could at least function for a minimal of a year. I returned it cracked and all!
The product could have incorporated more pre-fab connections making the drawers more sturdy and easy to assemble, and it probably would not have changed the cost of manufacturing and price over all. the dresser arrived on time but when the package was opened all the connected drawer sides had broke apart at the miter joint. this caused the vinyl the held the joint together to tear. To assemble the drawers I had to use carpenters glue and finish nails. I am not sure if the packaging it was shipped had been more substantial it would have prevented this, but either way poor execution. Also the drawer pulls are the cheapest things I have ever encountered, very hard to use.
