Once ordered, the packages arrived very quickly, within a few days. The details clearly state you have to put this together. We have bought %26 assembled other furniture pieces so this one was easy for us. Again with our experience %26 a love for puzzles it took us about 4 to 5 hours to assemble. The dresser came in 2 boxes packed extremely well with styrofoam. We actually bought three dressers to use in our walk in closet, none arrived damaged.. The company has instructions included in the packaging . They also have an image to scan on the instructions front page so one can watch a video for clear Instructions (just in case you are more of a visual person.) After reading other reviews before purchasing, I'm not sure why anyone would buy it and pay to have someone put it together. If you can't do it yourself go to a furniture store and purchase one already made. Our opinion is that this dresser is not suggested for people who's NEVER assembled furniture before. As stated it is not solid wood but for the price you should realize this. Once completed, it is very sturdy. The drawer tracks are metal. We were not looking for a heavy piece of furniture. We wanted something that was easy to move. Each drawer holds up to 20 lbs, which is perfect for clothes. The price is great since we put it together ourselves. The company has a phone number in the United States and an email address to quickly contact the company if needed. We did need to reach out to them over something we did and they were easy to get a hold of them. They were very professional and quick to help us with our solution for free.. This dresser looks amazing %26 we highly recommend it to anyone, if you are not afraid to put furniture together. We gave this dresser a 5 star- we can not find anything bad about it.

this was my second time having this dresser and it went together good both times, nothing difficult about it put together in 2 hours, would buy my own wood glue though.

This product exceeds my expectations. It is solid and heavy, which means it will last a very long time. I purchased six 6 in legs from Home Depot, spray painted them and added a mirror. It looks as good as a dresser I priced at over $399.00. I am definitely going to purchase another one in the near future.

I knew it was a pressed wood dresser, I knew it was very affordable. However, I didn't expect it to be built as well as it is. The dresser is sturdy, simple to put together, and seems like someone actually put a little thought into the design unlike most other DIY furniture. Now if I can only keep the langoliers away...

I bought this dresser and the matching taller one, both took a good hour to set up. Once you did one though, the other was very similar. The drawers are fairly deep but shallow, which would be my only complaint. If I have sweaters folded, only a few fit because the drawers are so shallow. But, overall I enjoy my purchase!

I would not necessarily recommend this product for an adult user due to its height, however it was perfect for my son as his first "big boy" piece of furniture. The directions were all pictorial - as are most instructions for furniture assembly, and I only had one minor hiccup. It was very straight forward assembly. I was left with a number of extra pieces of hardware but I always store them for "just in case." The drawers fit tightly so I don't have to worry about my son slamming his fingers on accident, and the anchors for the back so it won't tip over gave me piece of mind. I wasn't expecting them since it's a shorter piece of furniture, but am very glad they were included. Overall, very very happy with this purchase.

This dresser came in 2 boxes. One box was damaged at the corner. Luckily, there were cushioning materials in the corners of the boxes and the dresser was unharmed. I assembled this dresser by myself and it took me about 2 hours to complete. The dresser looks like the image on the website. The only difference is in the color. It is much darker then expected. At night, the dresser looks almost black under dim light. During the day with the sun light, it's a dark espresso color.

It doesn't take so much for me to assemble but the packaging is quite disappointing. There are several scratches on top and drawers but I don't care considering the price. Don't expect too much out of this, but no need to worry about too much. Comparing to the earlier products, Walmart and their business partners seem to be trying to catch up what customers want.

I found the color to be a lot darker, almost black. It's very cheaply made and it took a long time to put together. It's for a kid so it will do for now. I expected deeper drawers. Mostly disappointed by the color and style looking a bit different.

The design looks good initially, but it's unfortunately not very functional. The drawers don't open fully, which makes more than half of the storage space difficult to use. It also takes up a lot of room while offering very limited usable storage. Overall, the design prioritizes appearance over practically, and I wouldn't recommend this purchase.
