I liked the appearance and price of it, but it did not actually help curl my eye lashes in the way it was listed/intended to do...
I bought both shapes - not knowing which was right for me. It appears I have round eyes, and this device captures ALL of my lashes because being a smaller curvature, it fits my eye best. The other one is flatter and would capture only the center lashes and leave those at the ends untouched. Thanks for the choice - makes a difference when a company pays attention.
I spent years searching for a lash curler that would work; the others wouldn't get all my lashes, and some would be oddly bent, not curled. I even tried the tiny Shu one, didn't work. At that point, I gave up. Then I heard that this one was designed for almond/deepset eyes (mine are almond) and decided to try one. more. time. Perfection! It opens up widely, gets ALL my lashes, and curls them beautifully. Thanks, Tweezerman! (Oh, and I'm a loyal user of the slant tweezers too.)
First lash curler that hasn't crimped my lashes and/or pinched my eyelids in my life! I have deep-set eyes and have tried every curler known to man, high to low end. I'm astonished.
I was heartbroken when I lost my eyelash curler (also a tweezerman for almond shaped eyes). Thank goodness the product is still around - because it curls my lashes better than anything ever had before!
This eyelash curler is great! It effectively curls my lashes in seconds. The pads do wear off so I recommend changing them often. The curler itself lasts about 6 months and then needs to be replaced. I highly recommend this tool!
This curler is ok but I still like my old curler from Twizerman so I used the extra replacement rubber that came with this new curler to my older curler because it fit perfectly so basically I bought this curler just to get the replacement rubber for now. This curler feels too flimsy compared to my old curler.
Made my eyelashes look amazing—great curl and hold. I used it nearly every day, and after about 2 months the coating on the top clamp started peeling off, with small flakes near my lashes. Works well, but the risk of flakes so close to my eyes isn't worth it. If the brand improved the durability of the coating, it would be a five‑star curler.
Amazing beauty tool designed for almond-shaped eyes - and it works flawlessly. However, I just ran out of my refill pads after 2.5+ years of using this lash curler. So, it was a surprise and very disheartening to find out Tweezerman doesn't sell refill pads. For reference, I previously used my last eyelash curler for 10+ years because the brand sold refill pads. Also, I understood how to clean and take care of it. @Tweezerman - Please start selling refill pads for lash curlers, especially this one. For both - your customers and your mantra on 'sustainability'.
I have been curling my lashes for years as they don't naturally curl up. When I started using this curler I loved it as it worked well with my almond eyes. I have never paid this much for a curler before but felt it did a good job until last week when I was using it and it actually broke while I was curling my lashes. That wouldn't have been so bad except it actually sliced right through my lashes. My left eye is now missing a big chunk of lashes on the left and some on the right near the inner corner. I wanted to cry when this happened. Very poor quality to break when I only purchased this in 2019. I see from the reviews that many others have also had this problem. You would think Tweezerman would address this issue.
