It worked like it is suppose to. I removes calluses and dead skin.
I love this product! It is safe to use, and it works! I have used several products to smooth my callused heels during the summer months when I live in my sandals, and this is by far the easiest and safest shaver I've ever used. I highly recommend this product. The packaging used was really impressive. No chance for it to get damaged during shipping!
The tool, once I figured it out, works wonderfully. The instructions are useless for figuring out how to use the tool. The little white plastic bit must be removed before the blade is accessible. The instructional video provided provides the info if you look closely, but only if you notice that they don't put the white bit back on after changing the blade.
How to use it? The video did not help. Add this to your instructions. Easy for you but not intuitive for me. 1. Pop out the little white plastic blade guard. Arrow to white guard. 2. See the tiny exposed blade. Arrow to blade. 3. Hold at angle so that blade rubs callus. See white skin cells on blade edge. Blow off white skin cells to continue.
Not sure on this item. Seems very dangerous to me. Not sure what direction.
When I did it softly with the blade it didn’t take anything off. And when I tried to do it a little bit harder I took a chunk of my heel. It’s been a week and still the wound is open and painful. I don’t know if it’s too good or too bad. I guess it’s good but it has to be used more carefully
I was so excited to try this (and then so disappointed). It took awhile to figure out how to start - the blade arrives installed, but there is a white safety stop that has to be removed in order to expose the blade (at the base of the blade). It worked OK - it is almost too delicate (small surface area). After use, I rinsed it off to remove the debris, shook off the excess water, and left it on a towel to dry. Within the hour, it was covered in rust. The label says to disinfect with rubbing alcohol, but it doesn't say not to rinse off with water… I used water because I needed the water pressure to get the debris out - the alcohol wipe didn't suffice. Bad idea. I'm shocked how quickly and severely it rusted. . Would definitely not be appropriate for use in the shower (which somewhat defeats the purpose).
Regardless of the negative reviews, I bought this item anyway. The negative reviews were absolutely accurate. I was unable to figure out how to use this shaver, it does not come with instructions, and part of it came apart on my second try, so I put it in a drawer, and it's been sitting there ever since. I probably should've reached out to the company, but you shouldn't have to do that. My time is valuable like anyone else. How insane a shaver is this difficult. I'm out my money and I bought this item some time ago and I still don't have a solution for a callus shaver. Very disappointed. If you are considering buying this item, take the reviews that identify the same issues as truth.
The first time tried to use the shaver, the blade holder, blade and white piece fell off. I put everything back on and tried to use it again but everything fell off again. To use the shaver I forgo the White piece and hold the razor holder in place with my fingers. I thought a piece was missing and I came to this website to see images of the shaver, but it appears i have all the pieces.
There are no instructions here about how to change blades, and the pictures are essentially worthless: hard to decipher and with no words of explanation. Yet, when I googled this site, there were three lines of instructions showing the on the search page that aren't on this page. Even they weren't very helpful, but I finally figured out to do it. It's simple once you know how. Now I have written my own simple instructions.
