Super convenient to get quick protein when you don't want a protein drink full of lactose! I use a shot glass when I take this and then eat whatever carbohydrates I was craving knowing that at least I got my protein

Good stuff!
I love the taste of it and the texture; however, taking 4 tablespoons daily causes it to run out quickly and it's quite expensive, but it is a good product.
