Unit is understandably a bit heavier than a regular backpack blower, but that is where the power comes from. Cuts work time by nearly half! A whole new way to do your yard cleanup! Highly recommend this blower.

Had one little minor problem with it and reached out to the owner and he guided us through the small problem and haven't had any issues with it since. we would definitely do business with them again because the owner is a very very nice person and customer service was excellent and not to mention responded to us right away. This is a beautiful machine. The double barrel balances the weight and easily halves blowing time. My other backpack blower, the most expensive one Home Depot sells, is so bad for my back due to its lack of balance that I decided it's not safe for me to use anymore. I had a small issue with a missing piece on delivery and I can't say enough good things about customer service. I'm guessing that a missing part is unusual, I only mention it so I can compliment customer service. This is a small business and the guy running the show is super friendly and helpful. He got back to me immediately, on a weekend. I have complete faith that he'll help me if I run into trouble down the line. Buy this with confidence that it's as good as you hope and trust that there's someone to help you if you have trouble.
