Twister helped change movies for the Better!!
The original Twister with Bill Paxton and Helen Hunt is up there with the Great Movies that molded the Movie Experience for everyone - It just changed things and was a step above - Examples, Jaws, Terminator 2, Star Wars, Good Fellas, etc. It is a cut above and very entertaining.

Great movie!! The sound and picture quality are very nice in 4k, been waiting awhile for a 4k release..

Fun family flick.
I had seen this film as a kid but never thought to offer it to mine until one of my boys picked it out at the store and we all had a blast watching it together. The 4k isn't going to win any awards but it is definitely an improvement over its blu ray counterpart.

I thought I was ordering a DVD for my DVD player but received a 4k WICH IS not compatible with my player. Now I'm stuck with a DVD that is useless. I thought I was buying a DVD for my blu-ray player but instead received a 4k dvd.

Security is top notch, Customer service is awful
Sent movie in the security case. Chat sent me a youtube video that I had to type in myself and it didn't work. Every time you swap from the chat it disconnects you. I called customer service and they had me call Software Diversified Services, they didn't answer. I called customer service again and they suggested I return it. I already had it, in my hands, by this time I had figured out how to remove it from the case, but I did want to escalate the issue. It came from a distribution center, why was it in a case to begin with?

Brightness noticeably darker than Blu-ray equivale
I had already owned a Blu-ray copy of this movie, but wanted to upgrade to the 4k version. After playing them both back to back, the quality of the 4k version was noticeably sharper (as expected), BUT it was also noticeably darker. All player and TV settings were exactly the same. Overall, I was very disappointed with darker picture, hence, my 1 star rating of this DVD.
