This product arrived in a nicely packaged retail box as described. The first thing I noticed was that this item is heavy. Not in a bad way, but in the heavy-duty sense. The overall look comes off as professional. The hydraulic resistance range is large enough that I am not strong enough to compress it. Not having springs makes this tool safe to use. The adjustable arm length is a nice feature, though I'm not completely certain how to benefit from it, so I just use it fully extended. The tool comes with a welded-on hook. I personally thought it was to hang it off the floor when not in use, but according to the listing, it's meant for resistance band exercises. The product image says "panty liner," but that is a typo for the knee-pad mat, which happens to house the exerciser nicely off my hardwood floor when not in use. Converting to the ab wheel only takes a few seconds once you get comfortable with it. The 3-wheel design is good for beginners compared to a single wheel because of stability. The listing doesn't show, but it comes with a small metal crossbar (the manual calls it a buckle) to keep the exerciser closed while not in use.
