I tried this product and it worked great! I had horrible allergies and this product worked wonders. It took the pressure and pain away. The pills absorbed fast and kicked in quick. The product is good quality for thd price.

This is a solid 'everything' pill for sinus pressure. It effectively combines a pain reliever with a decongestant and an expectorant. It's my go-to when I have that specific 'head-in-a-vice' feeling along with chest congestion. It clears the pressure without making me feel as jittery as some other brands.

I have used Tylenol Severe Sinus for several years and it's about the only medication that works for sinus headaches, for me. I have recommended those too many people and now I can not find out sold in any stores!! Are the stores not carrying it anymore? Please give me feedback.

My sinus headache/pressure/congestion was getting the best of me after taking a sudafed and laid in bed half the day suffering with no relief! Got to the point where relief was desperately needed and googled sinus severe medication. Viola! Tylenol medication sinus severe got a lot of good reviews and could read what other people were suffering the sinus pressure, etc Got this and took about an 1 hour for relief and felt like myself again! If you're suffering with sinus severely, take this!!!!

I have been using this product for quite sometime now when I get my sinus headaches or pre-sinus infection. Has been working relatively well for me. Like others have mentioned, it does cause nausea the majority of the time after I take it and I need to be sure I am not taking it on an empty stomach and am drinking lots of water.
